Refund policy

Enrollment-Based Cancellation 

Please note that our workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If we do not meet our enrollment expectations by June 12, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In such an event, all registered participants will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We recommend that participants wait until after June 12 to make any non-refundable travel or lodging arrangements. 

Instructor Replacement 

If due to unforeseen circumstances, an instructor is unable to conduct a workshop, we will make every effort to replace them with another esteemed contributor from our network of photographers. This ensures the continuity and quality of the workshop experience for all participants.  

No Refunds 

Once a participant has registered for the workshop, we do not offer refunds except in the case where the workshop is canceled by us due to not meeting the minimum enrollment requirement. We encourage participants to carefully consider their availability and commitment before registering. 

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in the participant canceling or not being able to attend the workshop. This insurance can cover expenses such as travel, accommodation, and other related costs. 

Travel, Food, and Lodging 

Please note that the cost of travel, food, and lodging is not included in the registration fee for the workshop. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements and should ensure that these align with the workshop schedule. 

Visas and Travel Requirements 

Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all visa and travel requirements. This includes ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and available well in advance of the workshop dates.
